It is a comprehensive audit of agency cargo sales reports - including the audit of rates, weights, commissions and other charges. The service also identifies unreported sales.

Interline Audit
Settlement of interline billings is an arduous task for carriers.
Carriers are not able to adequately verify the accuracy of
inward interline billings within the deadlines set by IATA.
Kale's experience shows that airlines pay nearly 3-5% of their
total interline inward-billed amount by incorrectly accepting
over-billed Air Waybills. In some cases it is as high as 7-12%.
Kale's Secondary Interline Audit helps the carriers to plug
such revenue losses.
Rates
and Contracts Management
Kale provides this service as a single point of contact
for managing the rates and contracts for its customers. In
this service, Kale maintains rates such as Agent Contracts,
Cargo Tariffs, Adhocs, Inter-modal rates, Prorate Factors
and Exchange Rates. Any updates to these rates will also be
maintained by Kale and the respective stakeholders will be
notified.
Customer Loyalty Program Management
Kale provides the management of key customer loyalty program
activities like customer account maintenance, maintenance
of award schemes, loyalty program fulfilment activities etc.
This is customisable to the airlines specifications. This
program will enable the carrier to reward loyal
customers / agents which in turn will mean that
carrier’s customers will keep coming back to them. Kale
also participated in the design of such programs where awards
points are given to customers based on rate used,
the route flown and weight of shipments.
Outsourced Business Intelligence
Kale provides the outsourced Business Intelligence Services
to the carriers and supply chain intermediaries where Kale’s

Claims Processing

the cargo carriers. Kale’s claims service centres provide

claim and sending out proactive notifications, managing the
claims paperwork and liasing with other intermediaries such

Freight Payment Audit

by the carriers from vendors providing transportation and
