Kale's RRPS Cargo Sales Audit service is aimed at airlines that follow the
sales-based accounting system i.e. where the settlement of
payment receivables is done based on the Agent’s Cargo Sales
Report (ACSR). The service helps you recover lost revenue
and helps make upstream process improvements to avoid such
leakages in the future. It is a comprehensive audit of agency
cargo sales reports - covering audit of rates, weights, commissions
and other charges. The service also identifies unreported
sales of the airline.
You can recover between 1.5 – 3.0 % of your Agency sales
by engaging Kale's RRPS™ Cargo Sales Audit.
Kale's RRPS™ Cargo
Sales audit service verifies rates applied and tariffs
used on each AWB whilst checking for Under-reporting by
agents, discrepancies in weight or volume, ambiguities
in rate sheets, insurance / commission miscalculations
and other charge violations. Kale performs audit on the
AWB as priced and mentioned in the agent’s report vis-à-vis
the AWB details available from the airlines cargo operation
system or the physical AWB copy provided by the airline.
Pricing is done using TACT, unpublished & Internal deal
rates, agent commitments and block space deals. Checks
are also carried out on the commission claimed by the
agent and the other charges applicable.
