Kale’s revenue
integrity service is a mix of automated and manual process.
Majority of the filtering and data validations are carried
out by automated systems while error queue handling and
critical decision support are done manually. There is
much more to Kale RRPS™ Rev Integrity than building robotics
and running validations on the host system. Kale can provide
end-to-end revenue integrity assistance as system plug-ins
for automated validations as well as an extension to the
service through error queue handling. These processes
are highly scalable and can be customized to airline requirements
for system and manual checks.
