Mahesh Shah is a highly accomplished professional, heading the Hosted & Business Critical Functions at Kale Consultants. He oversees Kale's entire infrastructure related matters and quality initiatives. In this role, Mahesh is responsible for all locations of Kale.

In addition, his responsibilities encompass planning and managing the IT infrastructure, work place and organizational strategy and implementation of quality initiatives.

He has 31 years of professional experience in multinational firms across several countries. During his tenure with Kale since 1989, Mahesh has pioneered the company's efforts into Airline Passenger Revenue Accounting Solution and Cargo Solutions.

In December 2001, Mahesh became a Computerworld Honours Laureate for his case study on Advantage: Gen – usage of Case Tool for developing and delivering Enterprise-wide Application. The programme identifies and honours individuals for their visionary use of information and technology to promote positive and social change.

Mahesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Masters degree in Computer Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur , both premier universities in India.
