Ramanand is an accomplished HR professional with a rich and extensive experience in handling the entire gamut of HR functions. He is the Global Head - HR at Kale Consultants, overseeing the HR activities across all Kale locations. He is responsible for Kale’s Human Resources strategy and shaping its people policies to enable high growth and performance.

In a professional career spanning over 20 years, Ramanand has been actively involved in implementing and upgrading recruitment strategies, formulating policies, designing and implementing PMS, and Compensation benchmarking and restructuring processes. He has also designed and implemented a ‘Career Management Process’ for software professionals.

Ramanand has handled various HR functions across different verticals such as engineering, chemical, telecom and software. Prior to joining Kale, Ramanand was Vice President - HR at Polaris Software Lab Ltd., a leading software organization in the BFSI segment. Ramanand has also worked with Silverline Technologies and GTL Ltd in the past.

Ramanand holds an L.L.B., M.Com, and M.M.S degree with specialization in HR from Welingkar Institute of Management, Bombay University.
