Sumeet Nadkar is the Chief Financial Officer at Kale Consultants Limited and is responsible for the finance and strategic planning functions. Sumeet also holds the responsibility for the planning and the implementation of the strategies for growth of the Logistics, Travel, Hospitality &     Emerging Markets business at Kale.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from R. A. Podar College, Bombay University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Sumeet has varied experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Fund Raising, Accounting and Funds Management across multiple industries. He has a strong systems orientation and, in all his assignments, has been involved in conceptualising, designing and implementation of software with a view to harnessing the power of Information Technology for the benefit of the business.  He also has experience spanning a wide range of activities related to the Capital Markets from IPOs, Investor Relations etc. The industries that Sumeet has worked in are Polyester, NBFCs, and Pharmaceuticals. 

Prior to joining Kale, Sumeet was the CFO at India's leading operating lease company RentWorks India Pvt. Ltd. He was instrumental in setting up the business in India from a regulatory and compliance perspective.

During his career spanning over 18 years, Sumeet has also handled various assignments with Reliance Industries Ltd., Gold Crest Finance Ltd. and Nicholas Piramal India Ltd.
