Vijay Talele, joined Kale Consultants Ltd. in 2006. He oversees the delivery of all products and projects undertaken by Kale. Vijay is responsible for delivery units in Mumbai, Pune, Noida and London.
In addition, his responsibilities encompass managing customer expectations, product and solutions strategy, providing a direction to development and delivery activities and building a solutions team and capabilities in domain skills, consulting skills and in technology.

An accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in IT Services, Vijay has substantial experience in the areas of Managing Global Operations; Managing Multiple Delivery centers, Pre-sales, Developing Customized offshore development and Quality Management.

Vijay joined Kale from CyberTech Systems and Software Ltd, where he was heading the Global Operations. His responsibilities included Global Delivery Management, which included Quality, HR, Recruitment, Resource Management, Pre-Sales, Knowledge and Infrastructure Management. Vijay was responsible for turning around the profitability of CyberTech operations in India and US and successfully delivered onsite/offshore projects in the areas of SAP Implementation, post-implementation, ESRI Product development/testing, Application development and Remote Infrastructure Managed Services.

Prior to CyberTech, Vijay was the Global Delivery Head of Quinnox Consultancy Services Ltd. He was responsible for managing the Delivery of the organization which included, Supervision of all Customer Projects, Liaison with the Customers, Managing Resources, Providing Pre-sales Support, Handling Contract Negotiations, and Quality Management. Vijay has had long career stints with Silverline Technologies Ltd. and Tata Consultancy Services.

Vijay's key competencies lie in the hands-on experience he has in the areas of the managing global IT Delivery operations and developing large global strategic accounts, providing all IT services using on-site and offshore delivery models.

He holds an M.Tech from IIT Mumbai and B.E in Mechanical Engineering from VJTI, Mumbai. Vijay enjoys traveling, and attending lectures on Indian culture & philosophy. Vijay also enjoys organizing social functions and has organized many such functions during his college days and professional career.
