I am grateful for the trust shown in me by my seniors. At Kale, we are always encouraged to think 'out-of-the-box' to make things better.
What motivates me to put in my best for my company is the work culture and the people. The entrepreneurial culture emphasizes empowerment of the individual to make decisions that enriches our products and client satisfaction and it rewards personal initiative and achievement.

After an enriching stint at my previous employers, the opportunity to be part of an organization that was growing and has strong ongoing growth ambitions was extremely attractive especially when compared to the decline approaches of many other organizations.
I knew I wanted a challenge, something that would keep my attention, while at the same time provide ample opportunities to grow and endless possibilities to discover and develop myself. Coming up with solutions for a client really does challenge you to think out of the box, so you will never be complacent here. The job itself is amazing because I get to travel around; meet different people, and see so many different business processes at work. Helping clients achieve their business goals surely provides valuable experience to leverage in the future, not to mention personal satisfaction. This place is brimming with brilliant, friendly and talented people, along with a daily dose of opportunities for me to develop myself by exploring and finding my passion or perfecting the skill sets one already has.

After working in IT Services for more than 11 years, joining IT Product Development Company like Kale Consultants was indeed a life changing experience. Having the great privilege and getting opportunities to work with teams who encourage innovation, implementation of diverse ideas and power to improvise. Many say you should love what you do. This is true and it is at Kale that got to experience this first hand. Working for Kale which specializes in niche and complex domain, is itself a challenge and catering to clients from various geographies of the world understanding their requirements helping them to align their Revenue Systems is a satisfying feeling. The openness and the approachability to senior management is indeed a value worth being proud of.

It has only been a year in Kale, but it has become a second home for me. The friendly colleagues, global work culture, quality of work that I get here, trust my seniors put in me (my work) and a transparent top management have had a phenomenal role in making Kale a preferred place by many employees to work. The organization has a perfect blend of people, culture and values and is a great organization to work for.
My role at Kale makes optimal use of my talents and abilities. The work that I do here instills in me a sense of achievement every day. Job, Service, Occupation, Profession, Work, or Employment all these terminologies have a different meaning altogether when we start thinking it as a LEARNING OPPORTUNITY and enjoying every moment rather than just a source of income. I am privileged to say that I have had such an OPPORTUNITY since past 3.5 years and still experiencing it at Kale Consultants Ltd.
As a part of my responsibility I was involved in various projects and roles like Planning, Implementing, Operational activities, Onsite deliveries, Datacenter Management, Project management, Technical Documentations, Vendor management, Customer Interfacing, PoC for new initiatives and recent roles of Presale Solution designing under widely experienced persons of Systems and Technology department. I take pride to share that I feel I am always a part of winning team, having good peers and mentoring seniors who have helped me achieve my goals. There is immense motivation to think out of the box, and has always been cherished which excelled me to reach our goals effectively.
I am proud of being a part of an organization who serves Airlines, Logistics, Travels and Hospitality industry globally, through its wide range of products and services. Furthermore organization focus on strategic conceptual projects like IATA SIS has given me an opportunity of a lifetime to learn.
Post Accelya’s acquisition, we now are a truly global branch and we are recognized more strongly in the industry. This makes the employees proud when we represent ourselves in the market.
