I joined Kale Consultants Ltd as a Management Trainee in Business Development Department in 2004 and was mainly involved in Sales Support. Today, I handle sales independently. This leap in the responsibility handed over to me is a testimony of the fast-track growth opportunity, excellent learning environment and top management's openness in investing in new employees. It has made all of us responsible and mature members of Kale workforce.
I learnt a lot with respect to the industry we operate in and our practice of sales. My assignments have always given me tremendous exposure to interact with multinationals all over the globe, giving me the true experience of international business.
Kale has a culture that is reminiscent of a family. Every person that I have come in contact with has been helpful and forthcoming. Irrespective of the departments that people belong to, everyone is approachable and ready to help. We are a bunch of fun loving people who share not only a good working relationship but also personal friendship. The culture and environment at Kale is conducive to work and ensures highest productivity.
This was my first job and the transition from my first assignment to what I am involved in today was most appropriate and proved to be an excellent learning experience for me.
I have enjoyed every moment that I have spent in Kale. It welcomed me warmly two years back and has helped me through to this stage where I am respected and appreciated for my efforts and achievements.
