My stint in Kale Consultants Ltd began as a 'Summer Trainee' in 2004. I worked as a summer trainee for three months. I was assigned to write a white paper. The three months experience in Kale was enriching and it gave me a different perspective of the corporate world.
My key learning's were about the airline industry and some market analysis concepts. The most significant learning were in areas like teambuilding, networking and time management .
I was assigned to do sales support, active account management and sales. Kale acknowledged my work and offered me more challenging work over a period of time.
In my second role as an Account Manager, I had my first international trip and subsequently as part of the sales team, I had the opportunity of attending my first International Conference. Both these exposures have helped me get a better insight about my customer and about the industry.
Working with Kale is a truly satisfying and learning experience.
