To ensure Business Continuity for clients, Kale has implemented dual site operations with its primary site located at Mumbai and the alternate site located at Pune. In situation of a disaster, the Critical services will be performed out of Pune and the Essential & Necessary functions will be performed from Mumbai.

Thus Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery are within the framework of ISO 27001 and this is used to make sure that the plans are revised, tested and audited by external auditors BVQI at regular intervals. |
