| Kale Consultants, the leading solutions provider to the Airlines, Logistics and Travel (ALT) industry, recently appointed Ramanand Padiyar as the Global Head-HR, to oversee the HR activities across all locations. Ramanand will be responsible for Kale’s Human Resources strategy and shaping its people policies to enable high growth and performance. Ramanand will be reporting to Mr. Vipul Jain, CEO & Managing Director – Kale Consultants Ltd. |
| In a professional career spanning over 20 years, Ramanand – an L.L.B, M.Com, M.M.S. (HR), has been actively involved in implementing and upgrading recruitment strategies, formulating policies, designing and implementing PMS and Compensation benchmarking & restructuring processes. He has also designed and implemented a ‘Career Management Process’ for software professionals. |
| Ramanand has a vast pool of experience across various verticals such as engineering, chemical, telecom and software. Prior to joining Kale, Ramanand was Vice President - HR at Polaris Software Lab Ltd, a leading software organization in the BFSI segment. Ramanand has also worked with Silverline Technologies and GTL Ltd in the past. |
| Ramanand joins Kale at a time when the company is focusing on providing a more diversified portfolio of services in the ALT (Airlines, Logistics and Travel) industry. Kale recently announced its new positioning stance “Industry Solutions, Customised Approach” and unveiled its new logo. These efforts are taken by the company towards achieving its goal of becoming a 100 million USD company in the next 3 years. |
