Ravi will be responsible for all sales and account management in Europe, Africa, Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. He will also be responsible for company-wide sales processes and sales support. | Ravi is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of rich and extensive experience in Sales Management, Services/Solutions Selling, Product Selling, Industry Marketing, Alliance/Partner Management and Account Management. He has tremendous exposure to the applications of various technologies in a variety of industry segments – Manufacturing, Financial Services, and BPO/ITES. Ravi brings with him an expertise in managing businesses within India and other international territories, especially in the area of Enterprise Solutions Selling including products and services. |

| Prior to joining Kale, Ravi was Country Manager at Transera Communications Pvt. Ltd., a leading contact center management solutions player. Ravi has also worked with Talisma Corporation Pvt. Ltd., IBM India, Digital (DEC) Equipment (India) Ltd. in the past. |
